Shop Head Needed

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Maintain the sales environment of the shop, management of shop display and arrangement, in collaboration with the supervisor, improve shop arrangement and make it appealing.
• Take charge as a sales and marketing personnel in the shop and improve shop sales.
• Keeping the safety of the store, employees, and inventory in check and handling customer complaints to their satisfaction.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports in terms of sales and staff performance per department to the management.
• Prepare promotional materials and display them in respective items with price tags.
• Advice the management on slow-moving items and promo suggestions of the same.
• Ensuring the shop is adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Addressing all customer-related complaints and providing solutions.
• Preparing employee work schedules and addressing employee disputes, questions, and concerns.
• Ordering, recording, and managing inventory.
• Ensuring all staff adhere to safety standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Any other duty that might be assigned to you by your senior from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirement:

Diploma in sales and marketing or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Previous experience in a management or retail position with basic knowledge in a furniture store will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong customer focus and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
