Global People Team Administrator

Location: Remote role or UBS hub (GMT +/-4 hours) Annual Salary: Competitive (local salary and currency apply) Contract: 5-6 months with the possibility of an extension Hours of work: Part-time 15-25 hours a week (depending on location)

  • Background: Good people management and development are crucial to the success of organizations, economies, and society. The mandate of the People & Organizational Development team is to enable this success within the Global Mission Team and to foster good practice within Bible Societies around the globe. Placed in the GMT Effectiveness & ISP Division, the People Team works cross-department and internationally within the Fellowship of Bible Societies.
  • Who are we looking for?: This position requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures. We are looking for a candidate who can start contributing on day one, is already on the HR career path (fully or partially trained), and aspires to grow into an Advisory level role longer-term. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to get practical experience in international HR as part of a small yet diverse and well-experienced virtual team while being coached by two People & Culture Partners.
  • Job Summary: The Global People Team Administrator provides administrative support to the People & OD Team, providing services to managers and team members across 50+ countries. We are seeking a highly organized, action-orientated, and detail-oriented experienced HR Administrator with a strong focus on recruitment to join our dynamic HR/People team. The Global People Team Administrator will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts by coordinating and executing various aspects of the recruitment process. The candidate will also support People and Culture partners across all generalist HR matters.

You will be part of a small Global People team and will gain hands-on experience in administrative support to day-to-employee and manager inquiries as well as exposure to international HR case resolution and projects led by the Global People team. There will be opportunities to travel and work on unique projects with a global team and external mission partners and organizations.
