PLATCORP FOUNDATION PROJECT MANAGER

PLATCORP Foundation is the not-for-profit sustainability investment vehicle for the PLATCORP Group. The foundation supports innovative and sustainable conservation and community development projects through a mix of impact-first and philanthropy investments. Through the foundation, we support the development of bankable solutions for key environmental and social challenges such as conservation, food, water, energy and climate change. We are currently seeking a driven, passionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of PROJECT MANAGER. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, the incumbent will coordinate, manage, implement and report for all Platcorp Foundation projects. This will cover project contracting, budgeting, data collection, liaison, M&E and reporting.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Project Management and Coordination.
  • Support the Foundation Strategy development and implementation.
  • Monitoring, evaluation,training and development stakeholder engagement reporting and communication.

Key Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Environment, Sustainability, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role within a sustainability-related organization
  • Proficient in research and report writing, including donor reports.
  • Knowledge of Kenyan conservation and climate change landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management.
  • Collaborator with the ability to manage projects with minimal oversight.
  • Public Speaker with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
